Hey, my name is Ian Tran

Photography wasn’t how my career began. I studied accounting and spent four years working as a tax accountant specializing in private equity. At the same time, I had the privilege of serving as a Master of Ceremonies for the Diocese of Orange, helping lead large liturgical celebrations and diocesan events.

Through those experiences, I learned the importance of being present, patient, and attentive to the details. Photography began as a hobby — something I carried with me while assisting at diocesan functions, often following the bishop with a camera in hand. Over time, it became a calling of its own. I deeply enjoy working with people to help capture their stories, capturing moments that are genuine and lasting.
